Parks
If you couldn’t tell by now, we like to play around here. Maxwell and Cottonwood parks are both a quick 5 minute drive from The Rockmoore.
Maxwell Park
A 12 minuted walk from the The Rockmoore, Maxwell Park is surrounded by towering cliffs and is perfect for any picnic or soccer game. Maxwell Park has plenty of nearby hiking trails and some of the best spring water around. Fun for the entire family!
Cottonwood Park
A Playgrounder’s Paradise, Cottonwood Park provides plenty to do for kids of all ages. While you’re here, don’t miss the 60 ft slide, bring a rug for extra speed!
Food
Although we have a fully equipped kitchen here at The Rockmoore, Hildale is home to some unique, and of course delicious food. Here are some of our favorites!
Bee’s Marketplace
Ten minutes away from the Rockmoore, Bee’s Marketplace is an 8000 square foot facility that serves the surrounding communities. Their motto “Fast, Fresh, and Friendly” is evident whether you are sampling their deli, perusing their alcohol selection, or enjoying their bakery.

Berry Knoll Pizza

Finny Farm
A locally owned dairy farm with some of the best cheese curd around. Finny Farm is known for the award winning artisan cheese and fresh milk. Quite honestly, we just can’t get enough!

Little Creek Food Court / Apple Valley Chevron
Stop! Wait! This isn’t just a gas station, but a fast food joint with incredible burgers! While creative food titles like the Winchester, Billy the Kid, and Crazy Horse might pull you in, the flavors will have you coming back again and again.

Brothers Bistro
